With correct form and structure the techniques can be applied. By learning these martial techniques you will strengthen your alignment of tendons, joints, and ligaments to allow maximal Qi Flow and reduce the loss of energy. They go hand in hand and must be learned in conjunction to one another to fully benefit from your practice.
