SCREENINGS & ASSESSMENTS

Neural Foundation Assessment

A Neural Foundation Assessment is for anyone that has had traumatic injury or experiences and is looking to balance any neural components that may have been affected and are contributing to conditions of limitation. The Neural Foundation Assessment looks at the foundation of basic neural connections and operations to optimize pain-free function. This process is something we typically do if the Functional Movement Screening is not accessible or appropriate for establishing a baseline of one’s foundation.

Functional Movement Screening

The Functional Movement Screening is a clean, clear, precise way to start balancing one’s body in which we look at seven different foundational movement patterns. It’s a very effective way to see if we are operating from a place of balance within our foundation or if we are compensating and finding other ways to work around a lack of this foundation. No one said that we can’t go back and rebuild that foundation. When we do this, we find a refined sense of balance with both increased ranges of motion and the strength to control it.

Athletic Capacity Screening

The Athletic Capacity Screening is a precise way to measure one’s athletic capabilities as well as any deficits within one’s overall athleticism. It’s for anyone wanting to take their athleticism to the next level. This screening will allow us a very efficient process of exercise selection to focus on balancing out your body mechanics and function in regards to athletic performance. By focusing on making our weakest links strong, we become healthier and more balanced. Doing so will allow us the opportunities to reach our full potential and maintain a greater quality of life over time.
