While the Athletic Capacity Screening is not sport-specific, it does look at the four key components of athleticism seen across the board in nearly every sport or athletic endeavor. We are checking your overall athletic capacity. The beauty of this screening is just that. You will increase your overall athleticism, which can then be more effectively applied to any sport specific exercises cycled into your training with us.

What’s Next?

Progress is easily monitored through the Athletic Capacity Screening, making sure that we are operating from a place of greater balance and that specific goals are being reached. Once you reach your goals, we re-screen to see what’s next and where is the next weakest link. In most cases during this process, a student is cleared for all classes and types of training that we offer.

While it is not required, it is highly recommended that those looking to maximize their potential will want to schedule a Functional Movement Screening before taking the Athletic Capacity Screening.
