Through the Strength Led Flexibility - Rise & Shine portion of our training, you will learn three daily routines to progress through and maximize joint health and conditioning.

Who is this SLF Rise & Shine workshop for?

This workshop is something that anyone at any level of fitness can successfully partake in and incorporate into their daily routine with just a little bit of practice and effort.

What is SLF Rise & Shine?

The SLF Rise & Shine is a daily mobility practice that is easy to apply to one’s morning routine, or any other time of the day.

Why you’ll want to Enroll Now!

The results are quick. The SLF Rise & Shine is a great way to start your day. With smooth, steady, gradual increases, we create better mobility, more resilient joints, tendons and ligaments which are a necessary piece of one’s health and fitness. As you progress you will encourage a balance of mobility and stability throughout the body. Through this practice we are given an opportunity to produce a great deal of endurance while simultaneously reducing exercise recovery time.

Endurance is the ability to maintain the same strength and energy output at the end of your sessions as when you started. Building endurance and creating mobility should be rather simple. Incorporating a daily practice also should be just as simple. So let’s get together and make it happen.
