Flexibility (Flex-Ability)  When we look at flexibility as the ability to flex, we may just find that both muscular and neurological strength play a huge role in one’s ability to fully relax as well as fully contract.  These classes are focused on full body flexibility through postures and sequences that allow us to integrate a greater range of motion with the strength to control it, maintain it and use it.  You will find the balance of mobility and stability for a deeper connection through our three stages of training within Strength Led Flexibility.

  • Rise & Shine

    Here’s a good morning routine that you can easily take into a progressive morning practice for maximizing mobility and joint health while building up a good strong sweat. The endurance you build here is long lasting, so put in a little bit of time and reap the rewards.

  • Basic Training

    Nothing basic about this portion of training, but its sure to get you set up strong for the next stage of training. The foundation you build up here will already have you feeling big increases in both strength and flexibility.

  • The Triad     

    Time to maximize those ranges of motion in flexion, extension and rotation. Everything is made of one of those three or a combination of, so best to make them strong and able.
