Discover the Qi already within you.  Unlock your breath and learn to breathe again.  From simple relaxation to cultivating and gathering Qi from your surroundings.  Feel the increase of vitality as you reduce stress and stagnation, allowing yourself to just be.  Find what it feels like to breathe throughout your entire body.  In this class, we will take the simple joy of breathing and learn how to apply it to specific purposes and sequences.
