Kettlebell Magic focuses on building the strength and conditioning necessary for general physical preparedness. In other words, Kettlebell Magic will make you better at whatever else you do, be it rock climbing, yoga, martial arts, golf or even gardening. Kettlebell Magic can be thought of as the ultimate multiplier for physical performance. Be prepared to feel an enormous difference as you advance through your training.

  • Correctives

    Here we explore how we can use the kettlebell to balance out mobility and stability. Be ready to learn the effectiveness of some of the lesser-known kettlebell drills during this time.

  • Grinds

    These are the slow, smooth, steady movements that build up the raw strength necessary to succeed in what’s next.

  • Ballistics

    Now it’s time to move into those explosive patterns that the previous grinding patterns have prepared you for.

  • Complexes

    Here we will take what we’ve learned and continue to expand upon this by adding in multiple exercises and drills into a smooth flowing routine.
