These classes help develop real-world strength with carryover that can be applied to everything from athletics to everyday life.

These classes are focused on directly targeting one’s weak links and making them incredibly strong through neural patterning and sequencing using both bodyweight and weighted exercises.  With a three-part process, we start by making sure we have integrity within our four foundational movement patterns that build into our basic primal patterns. These two lead right into our five components of athleticism to greatly enhance one’s performance and capability, whether hobby, sport, or lifestyle.

This system is a great place to start for those wanting to reach their highest fitness potential and reach optimal performance.
